J & Connie Herrick, the owners of MSI Consultants, LLC, each have over twenty years of experience in construction loan risk mitigation. J handles the coordination of field personnel, inspector training, and client relations. Connie oversees all office personnel, office operations, inspection scheduling, and client relations.

Our staff has experience in all phases of construction and construction loan administration. Every inspector is thoroughly trained in our customized inspection and reporting system. We know and trust each one and hold them to the highest levels of integrity.
